USING  THE MOTHER TONGUE HELPS THEM TO CREATE LANGUAGE PATTERNS,WHICH ARE VERY HELPFUL TO IMPROVE THEIR PROFICIENCY  IN ENGLISH ONCE THE QUESTIONS ARE CORRECTED THE STUDENTS ASK THEM TO THEIR CLASSMATES PERFORMING LIKE TV PRESENTERS. This term we have been working in groups

Hello! This term we have been working in groups: on the Thursday session the students have been divided in working groups. During the session they have to solve a task regarding one of the 4 language skills, these are: listening, speaking, writing and reading. While they are doing these tasks they learn some the most important contents or vocabulary related to the current working topic: in this case "daily routines". For each task completed the group receives points as a reward and each member obtains an individual mark. When all the groups will have done all the tasks, the group who has got more points will win 1 extra point to use on the individual test. They love working in this kind of arrangements!!
