This term we have been working in groups

Hello!
This term we have been working in groups: on the Thursday session the students have been divided in working groups. During the session they have to solve a task regarding one of the 4 language skills, these are: listening, speaking, writing and reading.
While they are doing these tasks they learn some the most important contents or vocabulary related to the current working topic: in this case "daily routines".
For each task completed the group receives points as a reward and each member obtains an individual mark. When all the groups will have done all the tasks, the group who has got more points will win 1 extra point to use on the individual test.
They love working in this kind of arrangements!!

Aquest trimestre hem estat treballant en grups: les sessions dels dijous els alumnes han estat agrupats en diferents grups de treball. Durant la sessió han de resoldre diferents tasques relacionades a una de les habilitats relacionades amb el domini de la llengua: expressió oral, escrita, comprensió escrita i oral.  Mentre treballen en grup també assimilen les estructures i el vocabulari més important relacionat amb el tema que s'està treballant en aquell moment: en aquest cas "la rutina diària". Per cada tasca completada els grups obtenen punts i cada alumne obté una nota de la seva feina. Quan tots els alumnes hagin fet totes les tasques, el grup que hagi obtingut la major puntació obtindrà un punt extra en el test individual.
Els hi agrada molt treballar d'aquesta manera!!

THESE DAYS WE HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT HOW TO WRITE A RECIPE AS WE WOULD LIKE TO PREPARE A SMOOTHIE AT THE END OF THE MONTH. FIRSTLY WE HAVE LEARNT NEW VOCABULARY: COOKING VERBS AND UTENSILS KNIFE PEELER CHOPPING BOARD BLENDER TO WASH TO POUR TO PUT TO CUT TO MIX SECONDLY, TO LEARN WHICH ARE THE PARTS OF THIS KIND OF TEXT WE HAVE WATCHED A VIDEO AS WELL AS READ DIFFERENT RECIPES. WE ARE ALREADY WRITING OUR OWN SMOOTHIE RECIPES: LET'S SEE WHAT COMES OUT OF IT. MOREOVER I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH YOU SOME DECORATION SUGGESTIONS, THEY CAN BE A WAY TO FINISH YOUR SMOOTHIE IN AN APPEALING WAY. YUMMY!
